Production Planning Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Digital Manufacturing Planning Consultant to join our Digital Manufacturing Solutions team. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing clients to analyze, design, and implement production planning solutions using digital tools such as Siemens Opcenter APS. Your mission is to improve manufacturing planning accuracy, efficiency, and visibility through advanced scheduling logic and real-world factory process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with manufacturing clients to understand their production processes
• Analyze manufacturing constraints and translate them into digital planning logic
• Configure planning systems to reflect actual manufacturing workflows and capacity
• Prepare, clean, and validate master data used in production scheduling
• Optimize scheduling rules to meet manufacturing KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, bottleneck utilization)
• Support users during UAT, go-live, and after deployment
• Collaborate with teams to build manufacturing dashboards and system interfaces
• Document manufacturing process flows, planning logic, and user manuals
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities in the manufacturing planning process

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, age between 30–35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, process improvement, or scheduling systems
• Hands-on experience with Excel and production planning tools such as APS, MRP, or MES (e.g., Siemens Opcenter APS, Oracle APS, SAP PP)
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Passionate about understanding real factory processes; data-driven, practical, and solution-oriented
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to manufacturing sites across Thailand
